I have always been a deeply intuitive soul, an empath, seer, naturally able to attune with people, energies and underlying truths. I easily connect with people’s stories and can sense core issues underlying and the healing needed. I have always loved being able to help, inspire and empower people.

At the same time, I grew up with deeply ingrained and unconscious ancestral and karmic wounds that made my life really challenging, leaving me feeling isolated, lost and misunderstood.

In the Divine way of the Universe, my wounds were the medicine and catalyst for my life-changing search to discover and realise who I am, live my purpose and walk a path aligned with my integrity and truth.

This quest led me to seek therapy aged 27 and from there to later train as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist myself. I worked with clients from my first year of training in 2002 and knew this was my calling. I went fully self-employed with my own private practice in 2006 specialising in Children and Families, Soul Incarnation, Transgenerational Trauma and Self-Actualisation.

Over the years as I have grown, I have incorporated my other trainings in Energy Medicine, Intuitive & Somatic Healing, Creative Visualisation, Spiritual Wisdom and Soul Work into my therapeutic offering.

My love and fascination with Consciousness continues to be my calling and I now specialise in supporting people in Soul Embodiment and their Lived Purpose.

The therapeutic experience I offer combines the learning and evolution from my own personal journey, spiritual and holistic therapeutic wisdom, the guidance, magic and beauty of our natural world and my continued devotion to understanding consciousness, The Divine and who we truly are.

I love what I do and am truly grateful to be able to make a difference helping others find their own fulfilment in living their truth and purpose.
