I have been on this discovery journey of Self and Soul Realisation for over 25 years and am in awe of its magic – hence my wish to share this profound intrinsic experience!

I have always been a ‘deep’ person. Naturally an Empath, Intuitive and Seer, I am able to relate easily with people and their stories. I sense feelings and atmospheres and just ‘know’ and ‘see through’ things. People often share with me, regardless of how well we know each other and I love being able to help inspire and empower. Growing up I felt different, lost and was often misunderstood, the catalyst for finding myself and “my way” in life.

I trained in Transpersonal Psychotherapy in 2002, specialising in Children and Families, drawn to Ancestry, Transgenerational and Soul Inheritances, environmental conditioning and Spirituality. I then went on to train in Reiki, Shamanic Energy Medicine, Coaching and most recently, Mediumship, expanding my experience of Spirit and more subtle energy frequencies.

My passion is spirituality and discovering truth. I am drawn to ancient history and civilisations, wisdom of the Gnostics, Jesus and Mary Magdalene and those working in the fields of raising consciousness. I love nature and try to live my life to the fullest and best of my ability.

The therapy I offer is a richly weaved tapestry of all of this, my personal and professional experience, helping people embody and live their Truth, Purpose and Path.
