Here in the UK we had 5 minutes of sunshine the other day and so I made the most of it and look who joined me in my hammock for a few precious moments! These interconnected experiences with nature deeply fascinate, humble and move me.

Working from home and being self-employed, often means you do not have all the time in the world or get out of your office of enough.

As well as working with 1:1 clients, I am writing a book that has become my life’s work! I launched the new online monthly group, Live Your Light Community, in January this year, something I had wanted to create for many years and am also a single parent, so choosing to take some time for myself is a much valued gift.

In Malta last year too, a dove came and sat with me on the balcony of my apartment and then went to sleep – it stayed with me for an hour.

I feel the same with children – honoured if they choose to be in my presence, including teens!

The same too when the birds are singing, seemingly communing, watching or bobbing along following you, or when the trees and plants seem to reach and bend toward you, or the wind gently caresses or blows to awaken you, or the sea seems to come towards, invites and settles around you – these moments of interconnected presence that are a gift.

And so, I wanted to share this precious ability, that we, as humans, have. To be able to be conscious and present enough to notice and experience the magic and beauty of our world and the interconnection we can have with it – the gift of presence.
